  • The original packaging, where applicable, remains intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Returned products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Books that have been used, damaged, written in, or highlighted.

  • Books with removed or damaged seals or packaging where applicable.

  • Digital books, downloadable products, access codes, or digital content once accessed or delivered.

  • Clearance or final-sale products where clearly indicated before purchase.

  • Items specifically marked as non-returnable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos showing the condition of the product and packaging

After reviewing the request, we may arrange a replacement, return, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error from Darelatebba, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
