Cardio-Notes Part 1 Cardiac Emergencies, 2nd Edition

We are trying to prepare a complete, comprehensive and simple series that was entitled (CARDIO-NOTES) to provide my colleagues; the resident physicians and all interested and involved physicians with a practical full sided reference that will cover all topics in cardiovascular medicine. This first small part (cardiac emergencies) intended to give physicians at emergency department all guidelines based recommendations while conducting acute therapy of cardiac cases.

In this part, I have formulated an approach based on ESC and ACC/AHA guidelines beside other sources to answer all raising questions at ER in an easy, simple and applicable manner, and from which you can go in-depth in some aspects and some topics.
